Crowley Advisory was founded by Rachel Crowley in 2025. With more than 35 years’ experience in communications and public affairs, media, marcomms, and government, Rachel has the experience and insights to guide your strategic engagement with your most important audiences.

Prior to establishing CA, Rachel was the Executive General Manager responsible for the communications, public affairs, reputation management, brand management, community engagement, government relations, internal communications, and media relations functions of a major, privately held Australian company Brisbane Airport Corporation. Before that she led the global corporate communications function for Tourism Australia, and managed the marketing communications for brand Australia in the North American market.

With a background in journalism, and as a former senior advisor in the Queensland Government, as well as current Board roles in the Arts, Rachel draws on diverse perspectives, and extensive experience, in delivering strategic, practical, advice.
